Waterside III - Rotterdam

We’re currently developing Waterside III in Rotterdam IJsselmonde, with designs from Barcode Architects. This iconic 176-apartment residential tower is right next to the Van Brienenoordbrug bridge and located ‘in the River Maas’. The tower will be sold to an investor as a complete investment.

In addition to the apartments, the development also includes of more than 1,000 m² park and play facilities, 145 parking spaces, and 500 m² of commercial space. There will also be a Rotterdam Watertaxi stop near the complex.
