The West Blake - Rotterdam

Development of apartments and commercial space on Westblaak in the heart of Rotterdam, designed by V8 Architects.

The building at Westblaak 24-32 is mostly a new build: three floors are being added on top of the building and an extension is being built to the rear. The typical sixties façade and the impressive marble lobby and staircase will be restored to their former glory.
