New Maas - Rotterdam

Next to the Van Brienenoordbrug in Rotterdam New Maas is coming. A new residential building with 176 apartments between 58 and 90 m². New Maas is an iconic tower ‘on’ the river Nieuwe Maas.

The project – also known as Waterside III – will go on sale in July 2025.
