De Boekerij - Nijverdal

De Boekerij in Nijverdal features a mix of owner-occupied and rented housing. The former Overijssel Library Service (OBD) building will be transformed into 26 luxury apartments, as well as two semi-detached houses and eight mid-rent terraced houses.
